All fees for services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion and according to our refund policy, available upon request.

We respect the confidentiality of our coaching and consulting sessions. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.

Here at Von Ruden Coaching and Consulting we send appointment information - confirmation & reminder messages to customers once they have booked an appointment with Von Ruden Coaching and Consulting on website and opted-in to receive promotional and notification SMS from Von Ruden Coaching and Consulting. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.
